1. Where are the candle holders sourced?

The candleholders are primarily sourced in vintage markets across California. Ranging in materials such as iron, metal and glass to name a few.

2. Do the sets come with candles?

Yes, the purpose of selling the sets together with the candles is to provide the full creative vision. All you have to do is light the candles and let them brighten up your home.

Keep in mind due to the fragility of the candles they may have some slight imperfections, but we strive to ship our items in a safe manner so they arrive to your home in perfect condition. In the case that your candles arrive damaged please email us your with a couple of photos and send to velaburn@gmail.com. We can issue a one-time replacement free of charge.

3. What if the wax gets on the candleholder?

This is part of the evolution of your candleholder, but if you wish to prevent the wax from dripping to preserve its condition you can purchase candle wax drip protectors. This is an easy way to protect the candleholders and make them live wax free for a long time.

4. How are the beads set onto the candleholders?

The process is to hand bead into a thin beading wire, followed by glueing the wire onto the candleholder using an industrial adhesive. The candleholders sit in a ventilated open area once completed and do not have any scent.

We ship to US only. Shipments are made out of Los Angeles, California.

 

2. How long are transit times?

 

Transit times vary on your delivery address. Typically orders take 5-7 business days to arrive anywhere within the US.

3. Is shipping included in the pricing?

 

The pricing for all the sets includes shipping to US.

Return Policy

All of our pieces are hand-made and one of a kind. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic imperfections, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a defect. Due to these reasons these items are not refundable. Feel free to ask for more photos or videos if needed prior to making your purchase.
